With a background in hockey, where he excelled at both the Major Junior and University levels, and experience working as an Emergency Medical Technician, Wade is not only knowledgeable but relatable as well. As an entrepreneur and owner of an income property business, Wade has a deep understanding of what it takes to build the housing industry.

Wade's primary focus is on the quality of his clients, rather than quantity, and specializes in helping families build generational wealth through income properties. He has a proven track record of assisting investors and families in building generational wealth, with a focus on the executive rental market in Alberta. Wade believes in treating everyone with integrity and transparency, and his motto is "treating everyone how I expected to be treated."

In his spare time, Wade is working towards obtaining his black belt in Aikido, and is an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys snowboarding and exploring the great outdoors. He also gives back to his community by volunteering with organizations such as Sherwood Park Minor Hockey, Sherwood Park Kings Club, Heart & Stroke, Cure PSP, Alzheimer’s Association, United Way, and a grassroots mentoring program.
